We upgraded Magento from version 2.4.5 to 2.4.7-p3. After that, we checked the admin category page and encountered the following errors:

These are the 3 possibilities in case,

  1. memory limit in server/php.ini if lower than try to increase it and also check cpu/ram/storage usage when try to open category.

  2. ERR_INSUFFICIENT_RESOURCES error is caused by the browser reaching a resource limit so Clear the browser cache or try to open the category once in another browser.

  3. check and try to increase Admin Session Lifetime in the backend.
