What you are showing in that screenshot looks fairly normal,
catalog/product/view/id/55747 is the internal path to a product catalog/category/view/id/145 is the internal path to a category cms/page/view/page_id/45 is the internal path a a page etc.
they are the final target of any pretty URL we use.
Each of these would be created for each store view so we're at 880k just for basic products
If you have chosen to have the category path rewrites that could be millions very quickly ("Use Categories Path for Product URL" and "Generate category/product URL Rewrites")
All in all it feels quite normal.
If your URL keys are the same across sites you might be able to reduce the number of these rewrite rules by changing the scope of the url-key, but it feels like a big limitation when your rewrites feel quite normal
