As the HP user base grows, it would be nice to add some documentation for possible x-provenance labels in the req pattern create/edit page.
It could be just a list of links to the possible labels and value to wikitech or other relevant sources.

x-provenance is supposed to only be defined in the provenance scope, so I assume you're talking about that. Correct?
