Currently, HP has a logic that is strictly tied to what we allow have at the edge, so it has:

• Haproxy support
• Varnish support

and the scopes within those are strictly tied to our own configuration.

We need to allow to select which systems are supported, and to allow modifying the scoping logic to a degree.
