My Pronouns: I'm generally referred to as "he", but I am not offended if you call me "she", "they", or anything else that implies that I'm human; i.e. I strongly object to "it".

I am Monica refers to a disagreement that occurred between the management of Stack Exchange and Monica Cellio. Although Monica and the management have reached an understanding, many of us feel that Monica's treatment was a reflection of deeper issues between the site owners and the community. Until those issues are resolved, I will keep this reminder in my profile name.
