载入后，获取当前问题下的所有作者名称，并在右侧生成导航栏，点击后可跳转至对应的位置：

已监听 list 子元素数量变动，当元素新增后，会进行同步更新。

已知问题：

  • 该功能或许需要设置可选开启。
  • 样式需要优化，目前比较随意。
