As it says in How to Ask If you can imagine an entire book that answers your question, you’re asking too much. We prefer practical, answerable questions based on actual problems that you face, so please take a look at How to Ask, tour and the Robotics question checklist for advice on writing a good question.

The system is so complicated. master and Phd thesis's have been published regarding this matter. For simulation, the problem is getting harder because you need to have a good programming skills. The bottom line is that you might not get an answer for this question.
