I am a technical writer working for the credit financial industry. Because I have a better grasp on IT then most folks, owing to a stint spent as managing editor of a company that produces traning material for the MCITP, CCNA, A+, etc., I am also the defacto "expert" in all technical and development matters.

If I was going to wear the hat, I decided to make sure it fit right. So, I'm now learning HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and anything else that I might need to know as I develop solutions for my group.
