By accessing and using SwapDK's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SwapDK's service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SwapDK's service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

SwapDK provides a developer toolkit for integrating cross-chain cryptocurrency swap functionality into applications. Our service includes:

  • API access for cross-chain swap quotes and execution
  • SDK for easy integration
  • Documentation and developer resources
  • Technical support

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

When using our API, you agree to:

  • Not exceed the rate limits specified in your plan
  • Use the API only for legitimate purposes
  • Not attempt to bypass authentication or security measures
  • Keep your API keys secure and confidential
  • Report any security vulnerabilities to us immediately

5. Fees and Payment

SwapDK operates on a transaction-based fee model:

  • Standard fee: 0.05% per completed swap transaction
  • Fees are automatically deducted from swap transactions
  • Custom enterprise pricing available upon request
  • We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days notice

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of SwapDK, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensuring your use of the service does not violate any third-party rights
  • Implementing appropriate security measures in your application

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SwapDK for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws including but not limited to:

  • Money laundering regulations
  • Sanctions and export control laws
  • Securities laws
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Tax evasion

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

9. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SwapDK and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SwapDK, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SwapDK and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SwapDK operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
