• If you want to host theme in WordPress.org and you are selling premium items from your site or marketplace, it must be GPL compatible. Otherwise, you are not allowed to host theme here.
• Your site needs to state explicitly that the products you’re selling/distributing (free and paid) are GPL compatible. It needs to be in an easy-to-find place for the reviewer and customers.
• I checked your Terms page and no GPL compatible.
