What can one objectively say about themselves? If you want to know something in particular, ask and I shall likely share. If you simply want to know me, you should read what I write.
But, to give you a little taste of who you're getting mixed up with... I'm a female in my late 20s, living in Europe for the foreseeable future. I am married to a wonderful man. I love photography, and traveling, and try to do as much of both as I can (combined when possible). I am an introvert, with social anxiety issues, who enjoys (and needs) her time alone. I've been doing the online journaling thing at one place or another since 2002. I love books, and have a wall incredibly full of them, and want zillions more. I am a movie buff, especially horror, and essentially a horror genre buff as well. George Romero is my hero, and I'm fortunate enough to have met him once. My taste in most things is incredibly eclectic (music ranges from pop to rap to scat to oldies; books range from horror to mystery to auto/biographies from Nelson Mandela to Wil Wheaton, to true crime to historical fiction; movies range from classic horror to musicals to action to comedy; and so forth). I am reserved, and crazy, quiet, and goofy, a geek/nerd/dork, and proud of it. I am stubborn, but open-minded. I despise ignorance and bigotry. I have recently rediscovered my love of cooking (and baking, but have no real oven presently). I love writing, but keep failing miserably when I try to write with penpals. I am a walking conundrum, love it or leave it! ~_^
Clearly, there is lots more to me, but the only way to find out is to get to know me. I'm always happy to have new friends. ^_^
My travels have taken me to the following...
