Working in the field of bioinformatics, I need to understand both biology and compile C++ codes. I have the skill of writing both scientific papers and machine level codes. In most situations, I have to do some kind of sysadmin work on linux. I use C++, perl, Java, python, shell script, JSP, JavaScripts, SQL to get my job done.
