Use Nano Banana to edit images in Google Slides and Vids
What’s changing
Getting started
- Admins: This feature will be available by default for all eligible users. The features are available to users 18 years of age or older.
- End users: This feature will be available by default. To use it, select any image in the Slides or Vids file > Edit image > type a custom prompt > Create. You can then preview the generated output by clicking it, and select Replace with image or Insert to add the image to the current slide. - Rapid Release and Scheduled Release domains: Full rollout (1–3 days for feature visibility) starting on September 25, 2025.
