Approval Workflow

We have several ways to get feedback.

Feature name Anonymous? Where type of vote type of reports typical use
Ratings yes, but tracked (can change vote) page-wide for wiki, and per tracker item with numbers provides averages Was this page useful?

What about when several people need to vote on wiki pages (ex.: terms) and indicate a state? Using categories?

We have 3-5 people (experts) that need to go through hundreds of terms (in wiki pages).

They need to indicate a state. In this example (OK, alternate proposal, I have a question).

We then want to be able to report.

  • All terms (wiki pages) which have the requirement number of "OK".
  • All terms with questions
  • All terms with alternate proposals
  • etc.
