Description

When using the Suggest an FAQ feature, Tiki allows a blank entry of both Question and Answer. This is incorrect. Althought Tiki should allow a blank answer, the question field should be required.

It would also be nice to enable a CAPTCHA for anonymous editors.

Solution

Fixed in 1.10 CVS. The QUESTION field is required; ANSWER is optional.
