until fixed, you can
- use nocache parameter on the links pointing directly to external images
- use shadowbox feature and syntax to show up external imagesPlugin ImageNo image specified. One of the following parameters must be set: fileId, randomGalleryId, fgalId, attId or src.
- disable "Use cache for external pages" on Admin > General
