The Wikipedia article about this site is awful. When I went there today for the first time, they even had the name wrong! ("Stack Exchange" instead of "StackExchange"). And in the infobox they said the owner of Stack Exchange is "Prosus" which is, of course, the owner of Stack Overflow. The article states that StackExchange is not Stack Overflow, but the infobox gets that wrong. I could go on and on. I made a few changes. Removed from the infobox the misinformation about the owner. Wikipedia article names are hard to change.

Prosus owns the whole network, including all the SE sites as well as SO (and they seem to be working on eradicating the name SE and moving everything under the SO umbrella) Commented yesterday
  • When I click on the link bobble posted above, I get the message from McAfee "Did you mean stackoverflow.com?" and the warning that this may be a phishing site. If, in fact, Prosus owns the whole network, then Wikipedia is still wrong, because in the body of the article they say Prosus only owns Stack Overflow. The article disagrees with the sidebar, so one of them is wrong. Commented yesterday

Why is this post so bad? It gets some of the most basic of facts about the network wrong. I could go on and on. Commented yesterday

I took a look at your edits and they show some fundamental misunderstanding about how templates and wiki texts work in Wikipedia. Please refrain from editing if you don't understand what {{start date and age|2009|9}} means or what <ref> does. Fortunately the inappropriate edits have been reverted by Anerdw. Also, stackoverflow.co is a legit site. The false positive by McAfee is not one of our concerns here. Commented 5 hours ago
