Any ideas why my interactive email form is not resulting in a fallback button in gmail webmail and gmail app?

It does display in Apple iPhone Apple iPad Apple Mail and AOL webmail

In case anyone else is having this issue, the CSS in my email template was too large. When I reduced the amount of css in the email template, the interactive form was shown in gmail.
