- The link doesn't seem to do what the question asked for. It is a mind mapping tool. An interesting one, but not what is asked for.Eric S– Eric S2021-02-17 20:35:36 +00:00Commented Feb 17, 2021 at 20:35
- You can't 'draw a 3d cylinder inside another 3d cylinder, and then rotate it ', but you can create spheres inside another spheres, and rotate it. Its the best i could find. Also, is much easier then others animations related programs.Jhon Baptist– Jhon Baptist2021-02-18 12:22:08 +00:00Commented Feb 18, 2021 at 12:22
- Pretty much any 3D modeling program will do what the question asks for. Some are designed for children and are pretty easy to learn.Eric S– Eric S2021-02-18 14:59:12 +00:00Commented Feb 18, 2021 at 14:59

- A google search gives many hits. You might try TinkerCAD. I haven’t but it’s supposed to be easy. tinkercad.comEric S– Eric S2021-02-19 02:37:23 +00:00Commented Feb 19, 2021 at 2:37
