I’m almost finished fixing the bones of my model using weight paint, but I found an issue with bone 0.22,for some reason, it’s pulling the wrong part of the mesh

I’ve already set the weight to zero and painted the incorrect area, but the bone still keeps pulling it

I checked your file. Those vertices actually are weighted to Bone.022. Just by a very very tiny amount (e.g. 0.001). It's just enough to affect them.

You can go into edit mode, press alt+z to toggle x-ray, select vertices in that area, and remove them from the Bone.002 vertex group. Don't try setting them to 0. Actually click the "remove" button
